DL-LYJ-6MU240 Casting Machine feeds the mixed slurry through a feeding and defoaming device into the material box. A laser displacement sensor controls the liquid level height, then it is formed into thin film blanks with certain strength and flexibility through a scraper. After drying in the drying chanmber, it undergoes fully automatic tape alignment. The base, together with the blanks, can be stored for use after drying, or the blanks can be detached, trimmed to the width specified by the user. It is widely used in research institutes and enterprises for casting test; advanced servo tension, fast alignment correction, and fully automated control from feeding to blank winding.
